German striker Timo Werner is considering his future amid interest from Major League Soccer side New York Red Bulls.

According to Florian Plettenberg, a famous journalist from Ufabet Germany, Werner will have to make a decision on his future this summer and is likely to move to Major League Soccer in the United States after receiving interest from New York Red Bulls.

Tottenham Hotspur, who currently have Werner on loan until the end of the 2024-25 season, have made it clear that they will not use the 12 million เล่น UFABET ผ่านมือถือ สะดวกทุกที่ ทุกเวลา euro purchase option for the German striker and will send him back to his parent club, RB Leipzig. Meanwhile, the Bundesliga club also has no plans to use the 29-year-old striker again, even though his contract is still valid until 2026.

According to Plettenberg, New York Red Bulls are interest in bringing Werner to Major League Soccer in the United States, and a move would not be difficult as the club is affiliate with RB Leipzig.

Werner, meanwhile, is still being approach by unname Premier League clubs, despite the former Germany international’s previous loan spells at Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.

Ange Postecoglou and the Tottenham hierarchy plan to bring in fresh forward reinforcements at the end of the season and Werner is not part of their long-term plans.

That was typified last weekend when despite Werner’s return to fitness, he was omitt from the match-day squad for the 4-1 win at Ipswich Town due to the stiff competition for places in north London.

Back in December, Werner’s below-par performance at Ibrox in the 1-1 Europa League draw at Rangers was labell “unacceptable” by the Aussie amid the club’s gruelling injury struggles.

From that moment on, it was clear to see it was highly unlikely Spurs would be looking to trigger their option to sign the forward at the end of the season.
